Hi Raphael,

There has been some confusion about 2 courses that were held in Brazil in July.  We have been contacted by Fabio about these courses, and have spoke to Ed Kreitman to try to figure out the information about these missing courses.

Based on this information, it looks like these were hosted by the Suzuki Centre in Brasilia, and that is currently not an organization in our system.  Also since the courses were never entered and the rosters were not completed on the SAA website, participants have not yet received credit for taking the courses. 

These are the courses that were in question, but please clarify if there are more courses that were held under this organization:

Violin Suzuki Book 3 – 14th to 20th – July 2018 – Edward Kreitman
Violin Practicum – 21st to 25th – July 2018 – Edward Kreitman

We are trying to get this all straightened out, and the first step will be to setup the appropriate organization, and get that information in the SAA website correctly.

Also who is the main contact person that is responsible for entering and managing the events for this organization.  (I am assuming it is you, but please let me know for sure.)

Once I have the organization setup I will send you some instructions for how to use the SAA website, and can help you enter these courses and manage their rosters.

After that we can make sure we have everything in place and the correct paperwork so the participant get the credit for taking the courses.
