Hi Raphael,
I have added the organization to our system, and this will allow you to add these event into the SAA website, and will allow you to enter future.
Again, it is very important that events are added well before the start of the course, and that participants are added also before the start of a course. It ensures that if participants are missing a requirement they are informed and they also receive the information they will need for that unit or course. The sooner the participant is added the more time they have to fix a missing requirement, and prevent issues with registering a course with the SAA.
The Partners area is where all events and rosters are managed.
You will need to be logged into your accounts to access this area and here is the link:
https://suzukiassociation.org/partners/
Here are some instructions for working with this section of the website:
https://suzukiassociation.org/partners/instructions/
I have added the organization information that you just sent to the website, however you might want to review and add additional information about your organization here:
https://suzukiassociation.org/partners/admin/
Here is the direct link to add the events. If you would please enter these past events (just set the date in the future (2019) to allow you to enter the event, I will set the year back to 2018 once we are completed managing the rosters and making the necessary changes).
https://suzukiassociation.org/partners/admin/events/
Because of the large number of organizations the SAA manages through the SAA website we need to ensure that everyone managing an organization know how to enter events and manages the events and rosters themselves. However, I am happy to help with this process in any way that I can, to ensure you can manage your orginization, so please let me know if you have questions.
So the steps for these events are:
1. Read through the partners instructions.
2. Enter the past events. Setting the year to 2019. (I will set the date correctly after the events and rosters are entered.)
3. Let me know when that is done and I will approve the events.
4. You will be able to enter the rosters once the event is approved.
5. Once the rosters are entered I can review, and make any adjustments as needed.
6. I will send the trainer signature page to Ed for him to sign off.
7. Everything should be registered for the participants that meet the requirements at this point.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Kind Regards,

Hi Raphael,
There has been some confusion about 2 courses that were held in Brazil in July. We have been contacted by Fabio about these courses, and have spoke to Ed Kreitman to try to figure out the information about these missing courses.
Based on this information, it looks like these were hosted by the Suzuki Centre in Brasilia, and that is currently not an organization in our system. Also since the courses were never entered and the rosters were not completed on the SAA website, participants have not yet received credit for taking the courses.
These are the courses that were in question, but please clarify if there are more courses that were held under this organization:
Violin Suzuki Book 3 – 14th to 20th – July 2018 – Edward Kreitman
Violin Practicum – 21st to 25th – July 2018 – Edward Kreitman
We are trying to get this all straightened out, and the first step will be to setup the appropriate organization, and get that information in the SAA website correctly.
So I will need to know following:
Name of Organization:
Website:
Phone:
Email:
Country:
Street1:
Street2:
City:
State:
Zip:
Also who is the main contact person that is responsible for entering and managing the events for this organization. (I am assuming it is you, but please let me know for sure.)
Once I have the organization setup I will send you some instructions for how to use the SAA website, and can help you enter these courses and manage their rosters.
After that we can make sure we have everything in place and the correct paperwork so the participant get the credit for taking the courses.
If you have any questions or have additional clarification, please let me know.
Kind Regards,
