Hello Angelica! I hope you’re well!
Sorry, I haven’t responded sooner, but I’m having trouble with my email, and I ended up not getting your message. In the end, I’ll have to disable it permanently.
I ask that from now on, send it to associacao@associacaomusicalsuzuki.com.br, or to my personal email: arinhahack@yahoo.com.br.
About your live translation request: I would be honored to be able to offer again to be the translator, but unfortunately, I already have an appointment for this Saturday. I’m going to ask some colleagues if they could do this translation and I’ll get back to you by tomorrow morning.
Finally, about the meeting with colleagues from Brazil at the beginning of next year: could we have a meeting next week to align the idea? What day would be good for you and Luciana? Could Andrea and Leslie join, so maybe we can think of a meeting model that can be used with more countries?

A big hug to you and all my colleagues!
Araceli

Hi Araceli and Luciana,

I hope all is well! I’m wondering if the two of you might be willing to help me with find a translator for next Saturday’s session? We have a translator in Spanish, but would love to have a translator who can do live translation from Portuguese if possible. The session is 1 hour long from 10a-11a PT.  If either of you know of anyone who would be willing, I would really appreciate if you could put me in touch! I’ve attached here a few slides about the session. We’re also working on an email that will go out in Spanish and Portuguese for these sessions specifically.

I’m working to finalize the other sessions, as we discussed, but hoping we can get this one squared away first. Thank you both so much in advance for your help!

Finally, if everyone is open to finding some times for me to connect with our colleagues in Latin America still early next year, I’d really appreciate us starting to think through some dates! I know it’s a busy time of year, so let me know if we should schedule a call, or perhaps we can just discuss over email potential dates for gatherings like we talked about in our last meeting.

Thanks again to everyone for your help, and have a great evening.

Big hugs from LA!

AC
