Hi Erin!
You may remember that a while ago I asked for your help so that course organizer Luis Maurício could access the partners system. At that moment, you realized that the institution was already registered (Instituto Beatriz e Lauro Fiuza), and you just needed to include his email.
Now he can access the partners page, but cannot create a course in the system. When clicking on the register course icon, he receives a message saying that he does not have permission to access the page.
Below are screenshots to show what is happening. Prints 1 and 2 show access being done correctly. Print 3 shows the problem.
Could you check what’s going on and give us some guidance please?
