2 course organizers are unable to finalize the information for completing courses. They can only create new events but they cannot edit courses that were already registered on the old site.

There are at least 2 problems:

– There was no way to include the names of participants after the site migration (even before the course started);

– There is also no way to indicate that the participants were approved in the course.

The courses are violin 2 with Fábio dos Santos and violin 1 with Edward Kreitman.

I am copying the organizers on this message so that your suggestions on how to solve these problems reach both of them as soon as possible.
