Hi Ricardo,

Apologies for my delayed response as conference preparation has been almost all-consuming.

The courses need to be approved first by AMSBrasil – there is a process to undergo. Are you familiar with that process? I haven’t received any approval yet from them, so I would advise against promoting the course already.

I’m looping in AMS Brasil and Araceli, although she is likely to be traveling very soon for the conference.

We may need to wait until after the conference to get everything settled, though I’ll do my best to stay on top of things.

Best,

Erin

Hi Erin!

Do you know how long it takes on average to approve courses?
I’ll start promoting it in Brazil today using our form, and once it’s approved, you just need to fill out the SAA form, right?
Best wishes,
Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,
Thanks for writing – I’m doing well, and I hope you are, too.

I see the event listing Violin Units 9-10 in the title, and I’ll make sure that everything on the back end matches the title when it’s approved.

Happy to help with this!

Hi Erin, how are you?

I’m Ricardo Seoud from Brazil.

We are planning to offer some courses here in July.

Violin
5 and 6 with James Hutchins
9 and 10 with Rolando Freitag
Guitar
1 and 2 with Joaquin Olivares.

I’ve already submitted the requests on the SAA website, but I’d like to know what to do regarding courses 9 and 10, which will be together. I’ve already submitted the request for course 9 only. What should I do?

Thank you in advance and sorry for the inconvenience.
