I hope you have had a great weekend!
We have two teachers who were unable to register on the SAA website for their scheduled courses. In both cases, a message appears saying they don’t have the right profile to take the courses, but in fact, they do.
I think the problem for both is that they must have two SAA profiles. An old one, where past courses were recorded. And a new one, where these courses don’t appear.
1) Talita Reis de Mendonça Costa: tatareiscosta@hotmail.com
She took the SECE 1 course last week with WanTsai, even though she couldn’t register in the system before the course started. The organizers assumed that since she had proven she had completed the piano and philosophy courses (which qualified her to take SECE 1), it would be a matter of getting her profile on the website right.
2) Márcio Gomes: marciogomesj@gmail.com
It’s a similar case: he had previously registered at the SAA website with another email address, which no longer exists (marcio.gomes@centrosuzukidebrasilia.com), and since he could no longer use it, he created a new profile (with Gmail).
He is taking Ed Kreitman’s courses (Book 4 and Strategies), but has not yet been able to register for either.
Could you please check both cases and give us a hand?
I´m copying the organizers for these courses, in case you need extra information.
