Hi! Making sure you saw this email I sent. I am so sorry, but I will not be able to attend the meeting today. I am going to be driving. If you’re willing, I created a message below that perhaps you can read on my behalf? Only if it’s helpful. I am sorry I cannot be there! 

I mentioned below there is a discounted application rate for students. You can feel free to share this code so they get a discounted rate: 26SFCONF!LA
The rates are $20 for the application fee and if they’re accepted it’s $50 to register. If any students require more scholarship (if the fees are too high) please encourage them to email us and let us know. We will see what we can do. I hope everything goes smoothly today!

Student applications are now live, including reduced pricing for Latin American students. Conference registration prices will be confirmed in August – we’ll get that to you sooner if we can. We do anticipate some scholarships available for the conference – application details will be posted in August/September. Let me know if I missed anything! Thank you both!
