Hi Angelica! I hope you are well! Very busy, I´m sure you are!!! 
As you know, I am the president of AMSBrasil and will remain in this position until 2026. I have been at the helm of AMSBrasil for many years (since 2015, performing various tasks), and I would like the transition to the new group to be done calmly and with time.
One of the first actions I would like to take is to introduce the current board to you, to facilitate contact between the new AMSBrasil leaders and SAA. In this meeting, in addition to presenting the board, I would also like to discuss some points (I will probably ask one of the directors to take over the conversation with you on some of these points after this preliminary meeting).
I imagine we can quickly go through the following points:
1) Introduce the new team
2) Go to the Retreat together next year as a team
– Can we think of any work that could be done as a team by the directors of AMSBrasil?
– Would we like to be of assistance right now?
– Would it be possible to offer any kind of financial assistance to facilitate our trip?
3) Present one of the documents that govern AMSBRasil, related to the organization of courses in Brazil. Based on it, we would like to:
– discuss the importance of doing this work together with SAA;
– how we have been working to approve a new organizer;
– think of support measures from SAA in case someone tries to organize a course without AMSBRasil’s approval.
4) “Nurtured by love” book. First of all, thank you for making the online version available. The community is super happy!
Nevertheless, we have some questions:
– Is there any chance we could talk about publishing it again in physical form?
– We think it’s time to think about revising the Portuguese edition. Could this happen in the near future? What would be the steps?
Don’t be scared by the size of the agenda!!! I will organize my thoughts to be very specific and direct.
For all directors to be able to participate, it would have to be on Friday at 8:00 PT. Would October 11th or 18th be possible for you?
