Hello Angélica and Erin, I hope you are well!

Several Brazilian teachers are reporting difficulties in finding information on the new website. For example:

* they can’t find the certificate that shows all the courses they have taken (which serves as a resume);

* their active teacher profile doesn’t appear in the teacher directory, even after clicking on the option that asks for it to appear;

* they can’t change their password, even after following all the procedures.

I myself don’t appear in the teacher directory.
