Subject: Please expect delayed email responses Re: Roster in the Sponsor Landing Page – Violin Unit 2
To: <centrosuzukidecampinas@gmail.com>
Hello, thanks for contacting me. I may respond slowly as I am traveling for Japan-Seattle Suzuki Institute 8/4-8/9. I am working limited hours, but I am checking my email and will respond as soon as I can.

If you have an urgent need that is not answered below, please write to info@suzukiassociation.org.

Institute directors and course hosts: for courses happening shortly, please know that we are not expecting you to verify membership, audition status or prerequisites for teachers who want to enroll. You can click on a person’s profile from your roster pages if you want to check someone’s training, but if they have done training this summer, it may not yet be reflected on their training profile.

Please make sure that you communicate all course prerequisites, including membership and auditions. We will be flexible with any necessary re-auditions. We will not assess late fees for marking course rosters or making payment for participation fees.

I need someone added to my course roster.
The quickest way is to have interested teachers enroll in your course via the SAA website. If they have any trouble, they can email me.  At this moment, you will not receive an email when someone enrolls in your course, but that is in the works and will be implemented in the coming weeks. Another workaround is that I can add people to your roster if you send me their name and email, the start date of your course and the course host/studio OR send me a link to your event listing.

When will be training be visible on my profile?

We are working to update the training from institutes and Latin American courses from June and July. If you need to submit proof of course completion for employment, please write to info@suzukiassociation.org to request a letter. Let us know what information needs to be included in the letter (hours? dates? trainer? location?) and please include as much of the information as you know so we can respond to you quickly.

What’s my audition status?
Once you pass an audition, it is visible on your profile under Achievements. If you enrolled in an upcoming course and have not received audition results, you are welcome to participate in the course while we smooth out the bumps on the new website. We will work it out if you need to re-submit an audition.

I can’t upload my audition/pay for my audition:
Please follow the workaround below for auditions.

Go to to https://suzukiassociation.org/teachers/audition-repertoire/ to submit your audition. You must be logged in.

Add your video links to the text box, as prompted. Then, (and this is the workaround) please add a pdf to each of the other file requests.

In the final textbox, you might mention that you are following workaround instructions by adding the unassociated PDF.  Fill in your payment information at the bottom, and submit. It will look like nothing is happening, but when it goes through, you’ll get a confirmation message on screen and via email.
