Hi all,

Good morning. I’m adding Ellen here. Below is the Run of Show – Ellen let me know if there are any changes to what’s below. My apologies for not getting an agenda – I hadn’t heard confirmation of your joining us! I’m very glad to hear you’ll be presenting!
So that you know, we’ll have interpreters speaking in Spanish and Portuguese. I will also have a link that captions to French. If you can send Andrea (CC’d here) and me any scripts, notes, or PowerPoints you’ve created, that will help our interpreters a great deal. I’ve included notes below from our interpreters as well, for your review. 
The registration link below is the same as the one from the email, but pasted below for your convenience. 
Please let me know if any or all three of you need to share screen, so I can prepare on my end. I will be logged into the Zoom link in advance of the meeting, if it’s useful to connect prior.

2) Avoid using super colloquial terms,
3) Please use shorter and more direct sentences, which allow a clearer and more objective translation,
4) Make short breaks so that the interpreters can finish the sentences.
