I would be very happy to think about the topics you suggested together.
Angelica, I couldn´t find Andrea´s e-mail in your initial invitation, so I included her e-mail in my reply so that she continues to participate in the message.
For me, it would be better on Friday the 13th at 1:000pm (Brazil time)/12:00pm (Eastern time). But we can discuss other possibilities of times and days, in order to meet everyone’s needs.

I also wanted to see if after this meeting we can connect together to come up with some plans for how our team can best support the work of Latin American Country Associations. We know there is a lot for us to improve on. I’m hoping we can discuss (1) us discussing some meeting times for me to meet with you or the Country Associations and also any future Festival Dates so we can have them on our calendars (2) translation support and (3) how we can better support Latin America this coming year. I know it’s a busy time for you all! Let me know if you have time Thursday August 11th or Friday August 12th, or of course, let me know if there are alternative dates that work for you.
