I am just writing to send a huge thank you to each of you for your willingness to support us! I look forward to seeing you tomorrow. If you have any issues or run into any troubles, please feel free to let me know. Thank you all so much!

I also wanted to see if after this meeting we can connect together to come up with some plans for how our team can best support the work of Latin American Country Associations. We know there is a lot for us to improve on. I’m hoping we can discuss (1) us discussing some meeting times for me to meet with you or the Country Associations and also any future Festival Dates so we can have them on our calendars (2) translation support and (3) how we can better support Latin America this coming year. I know it’s a busy time for you all! Let me know if you have time Thursday August 11th or Friday August 12th, or of course, let me know if there are alternative dates that work for you.
