I am so sorry that you don’t have information you need. I’ve attached the Online Training document from last fall. I’m hoping you have access to either this Trainer page or the Partners page where this document resides, for future reference.

Parts of this are North American only, so that makes it less user-friendly.

Please feel free to take out the guidelines you don’t need, if that will be helpful.
