I’m one of the AMSBrasil directors and need your assistance. I think you are the person in charge to solve scholarship problems, aren’t you?

Teacher Rafael Pereira wrote to AMSBrasil informing that he received a scholarship to take courses, but he has not received instructions on how the money will be passed on to the teacher trainer or course organizer. As you can see in the message below sent by him, he entered the SAA site and clicked in Scholarship Acceptance.

He had requested the scholarship to take a course last year, but as the scholarship did not arrive on time, he would like to use it now in July, to take violin 3 course.

We thought that an alternative would be to send this money to Brazil via someone who comes from the US to Brazil or to Cancun. For example:
1) Fábio do Santos: the money could be delivered to him during the Cancun Festival or Leadership Retreat (both will occur em May).
2) Teacher trainer Rolando Freitag or Edward Kreitman: both will come to Brazil in July to offer courses.

Do you think these are good alternatives? What are the next steps to take?
